1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GLP1Empower.com ("GLP-1 Empower," "we," "us," or "our"), a business based in Dorchester County, South Carolina. They apply to your use of glp1empower.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or place an order.
3. Educational content only
Our book and the Site are for general education and information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always talk with your own licensed clinician before making decisions about any medication, including starting, changing or stopping a GLP-1 medication. See our Disclaimer.
4. Products and pricing
We sell a printed (physical) book. It is not a digital download. The listed price is $12.95, with free shipping, unless we tell you otherwise at checkout. We may change prices, offers and descriptions at any time. A price change will not affect an order you have already placed. Applicable sales tax, if any, will be shown at checkout. We may limit quantities and may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item being unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.
5. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you promise that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, whose own terms also apply. Your order is accepted when we ship it or confirm acceptance by email.
6. Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on the book. Delivery is estimated to arrive in 7 to 10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors and other things outside our control. You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will work with you to make it right.
7. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the book, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date and ask for a refund. Include your name and order details. We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. This guarantee covers the purchase price of the book. It is not a guarantee of any health, appearance or other result.
8. Intellectual property
The book, the Site, and everything on them, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts and the name "GLP-1 Empower," are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may read and use the book for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly display, post online, or create derivative works from the book or Site content without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ information; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content from the Site; or misrepresent your identity.
10. Images, examples and testimonials
People pictured on the Site and on the book cover are illustrative and may be generated or edited with artificial intelligence. They are not actual customers or endorsers unless we clearly say so. Individual experiences differ, and nothing on the Site is a promise that you will get any particular result.
11. Third-party sites and products
The Site may mention or link to third parties, including makers of medications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical company, and we are not responsible for third-party content, products or services. Product and brand names are the property of their owners.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete, current or suitable for you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLP-1 Empower and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or book, including any decision you make about your health or any medication. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless GLP-1 Empower and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. If it is not resolved, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Dorchester County, South Carolina, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except where the law of your home state does not allow this.
16. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms apply once posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
